A Health Coach is a partner who empowers clients in making real, lasting changes towards greater health. Health coaching isn’t about one diet or one way of living. Instead, the focus is on the idea that we’re all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs.
As your coach, coupled with my training in nutrition, we’ll have a heavy focus on nourishment, while also prioritizing the other pillars of holistic wellness: self-care, physical movement, stress management and mindset renewal. While weight loss is a goal a lot of my clients come to me with, my primary focus is always to help you create eating and lifestyle habits that make you feel more energized and vibrant, and actually last long-term. As a side effect of prioritizing your health, yes, many of my clients lose weight as a result of their lifestyle changes. But I want to emphasize that this program is focused on nourishment and living in alignment with your goals, and about so much more than your weight.
Whether you’re a first-time mom, or have multiple children, this program is for women who are in the throes of motherhood and looking for support as they try to prioritize their health, while also navigating the chaos and demands of raising little ones.
