What is a health coach?

A Health Coach is a partner who empowers clients in making real, lasting changes towards greater health. Health coaching isn’t about one diet or one way of living. Instead, the focus is on the idea that we’re all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs.

As your coach, coupled with my training in nutrition, we’ll have a heavy focus on nourishment, while also prioritizing the other pillars of holistic wellness: self-care, physical movement, stress management and mindset renewal. We’ll work together to find your unique version of balance, and the tiny adjustments you can make to your lifestyle to feel more vibrant and empowered in your motherhood journey.

Will this program help me lose pregnancy weight?

While weight loss is a goal a lot of my clients come to me with, my primary focus is always to help you create eating and lifestyle habits that make you feel more energized and vibrant, and actually last long-term. As a side effect of prioritizing your health, yes, many of my clients lose weight as a result of their lifestyle changes. But I want to emphasize that this program is focused on nourishment and living in alignment with your goals, and about so much more than your weight.

My kids are no longer babies, is this program right for me?

Whether you’re a first-time mom, or have multiple children, this program is for women who are in the throes of motherhood and looking for support as they try to prioritize their health, while also navigating the chaos and demands of raising little ones. We weren’t meant to do this alone, and if you’re feeling overwhelmed, or like you “know what you should do” but are having trouble actually finding the energy or time to follow through, I’m here to help.

I feel stretched too thin already, how do I know if I can make time for this?

I get it, this season of life is BUSY. Though I am a firm believer that all it takes is learning to focus your energy on where it can have the biggest impact - and guess what? That’s where I can help. The truth is, you need a clear, yet simple & realistic, approach to health that seamlessly merges with your REAL life—even on the most chaotic, fullest of days. I’ll work with you to create a plan that works with your lifestyle, so that your habits become no-brainers and have a lasting impact on your life, and your motherhood experience.

I already prioritize eating a whole food diet, can I still benefit from your programs?

Yes, very much so. While real food is the foundation of everything we do, this coaching option goes much deeper and takes a holistic approach, including the mental, emotional, and physical components of your body, health and your life. And it's all customized exactly to YOU. No matter where you're at in your journey, we can start there and move you forward in an intentional way.

I want to talk to you before I commit. Can we arrange that?

I only want one session with you. Do you do single sessions?

Unfortunately no, because my goal when working with my clients is always long-term success. And in order to do so, we need time to build a strong foundation. I have designed each program specifically for you to get the most out of our time together.

I’m ready, but is this the right investment for me at this time?

Truthfully, only you can answer that. But here’s what helps me think through big investments (both financial and emotional)- costing it out. How much is low energy, feeling uncomfortable in your own skin, and the uncertainty of what conflicting advice to follow on your internet searches, currently costing you? How would your life look different if you felt empowered and confident in this season of your life? Our health and how we feel truly impacts every area of our lives, and if that is worth it to you, it’s a sound investment.

What happens after our program ends?

We celebrate all of your little (and big) wins! Often, my clients will either sign up for another program or enroll in my ongoing maintenance program which offers ongoing support and accountability. As each case varies, we can discuss.
