A one-hour intro session where we will deep-dive into your diet, lifestyle, and health history in relation to your wellness goals


Three one-hour, trimester-specific sessions with a focus nutritional needs (option to tailor the pacing of calls if we start later in your pregnancy)


A one-hour postpartum prep consultation to discuss how to plan and nourish yourself for the postpartum period


Access to meal guides, recipes and meal prep tips tailored to your tastes and lifestyle

One comprehensive 60-minute introductory consult and one 60-minute follow-up consult, spaced within a two month window


An exploration of the barriers or challenges you’re facing in this pregnancy, that may be different than your first


Guidance on how to prioritize your needs while caring for one (or more) young children while pregnant


Meal plans and recipes catered to your specific needs


An assessment of potential nutrient depletion (particularly if you're having children within two years of each other), and a full review of any current supplements you're taking and recommendations on medical-grade options

What is a health coach?

A Health Coach is a partner who empowers clients in making real, lasting changes towards greater health. Health coaching isn’t about one diet or one way of living. Instead, the focus is on the idea that we’re all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs. As your coach, coupled with my training in pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, we’ll have a heavy focus on nourishment, while also prioritizing the other pillars of holistic wellness: self-care, physical movement, stress management and mindset renewal. We’ll work together to find your unique version of balance, and the tiny adjustments you can make to your lifestyle to feel more vibrant and empowered in your pregnancy and motherhood journey.

I’m already in my second or third trimester, is this program still right for me?

Congratulations! Yes, this program is for anyone currently pregnant and looking to optimize their nutrition and wellness for the duration of their pregnancy. Nutrient needs evolve throughout a pregnancy for both mom and baby, and I can help you navigate those needs, as well as prepare for the postpartum period.

I’m not currently pregnant, but I am trying to conceive. How would this program be helpful?

The beauty of individualized coaching is that we can tailor our sessions to specifically meet your needs. Whether you are currently trying to conceive, or preparing your body to conceive in the next year, in this program we can work together to optimize your fertility through nutrition and lifestyle.

I want to talk to you before I commit. Can we arrange that?

I only want one session with you. Do you do that?

No, because my goal is always long-term success and in order to do so, we need some time to build a foundation. I have designed each program specifically for you to get the most out of our time together.

I already eat a whole food diet, can this style of coaching still help?

Yes, very much so. While real, whole foods is the foundation of everything we do, this coaching option goes much deeper and takes a holistic approach, including the mental, emotional, and physical components of your body, health and your life. And it's all customized exactly to YOU. No matter where you're at in your journey, we can start there and move you forward in an intentional way.

I’m ready, but is this the right investment for me at this time?

Truthfully, only you can answer that. But here’s what helps me think through big investments (both financial and emotional)- costing it out. How much is low energy, feeling uncomfortable in your own skin, and the uncertainty of what conflicting advice to follow on your internet searches, currently costing you? How would your life look different if you felt empowered and confident in this season of your life? Our health and how we feel truly impacts every area of our lives (and that of our unborn baby’s!) and if that is worth it to you, it’s a sound investment.

We celebrate all of your little (and big) wins! Often, my clients will either sign up for another program or enroll in my ongoing maintenance program which offers ongoing support and accountability. As each case varies, we can discuss.
