My role as a nutrition consultant and health coach is to help women take ownership of their well-being. To teach moms how to naturally heal and nourish themselves so they can reclaim their energy and vitality while navigating the demands of their unique motherhood journey.
And as a mom of three young (and very lively) children, I know all too well the barriers that we as caretakers face every day.
