I’m Kerstin

My role as a nutrition consultant and health coach is to help women take ownership of their well-being. To teach moms how to naturally heal and nourish themselves so they can reclaim their energy and vitality while navigating the demands of their unique motherhood journey.

And as a mom of three young (and very lively) children, I know all too well the barriers that we as caretakers face every day. What my lived and learned experiences have taught me is that you need a clear, yet simple and realistic approach to health that can seamlessly merge with your REAL life—even on your most chaotic, jam-packed days. Because that’s what achieving healthy living is all about - learning to integrate little wins and habits into daily life so that they become no-brainers, allowing you to feel your absolute best, inside and out, day after day.
