Everyday Salad Dressing Recipe

Written by:

Why make your own dressing? For starters, it’s cheaper, healthier and tastes better. Also, the options are truly endless! With that in mind, I love having a go-to recipe that I can use on literally ANY combination of flavors in my bowl or salad. I prefer a vinegar-forward taste, and this recipe hits the spot every dang time! I’ll usually make the dressing in a mason jar so I can easily store any leftovers in the fridge, up to 3 days. This recipe makes enough for two meals. Like all of my recipes, go ahead and get creative if you don’t have these exact ingredients.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard (I prefer grainy)

2 Tsp Coconut Aminos (or tamari or soy sauce)

Dash of Pure Maple Syrup

Cracked Pepper

1-2 Tbsp hemp seeds (optional, if you want a thicker consistency)

Whisk or shake all together and drench those greens! Store in fridge up to three days. Separation is normal, just shake before use.
